Settings page gives 502 error

  • Hi,
    the latex stuff that I type in posts gets rendered just fine.
    However, if I go to mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=quicklatex-settings
    its gives me 502 Error. Bad Gateway.

    WP 5.1, quicklatex 3.8.6
