    I’m having the same issue as mentioned in a previous ticket. Settings page freezes when trying to set it up.

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.
    We are aware of the issue that freezing the setting page(happening rarely to some of our users).
    Recreating the issue on our computer is really challenging for us.

    We are trying cross-browser testing services to identify the issue.

    Can you please provide us details to recreate the issue like OS and it’s version, Browser and it’s version. Any specific setting(Privacy and Security) in your browser. Is the issue is recreating in Incognito browser(Without extensions)? Also System TimeZone and 12 or 24 hrs format.

    We have identified a time picker module’s related code is creating issue, but not exactly what is causing the issue we yet to know.

    Once we successfully recreate the issue, we can fix it as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    Here is an error I found in the logs:
    [Fri Jul 10 13:24:34.418026 2020] [mpm_itk:warn] [pid 1682] (13)Permission denied: [client IPHIDDEN:35070] Couldn’t read /home/domainhidden/…/public_html/wp-admin/load-styles.php, closing connection., referer: https://touchestudio.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcal_admin

    In incognito mode, things were a little different. Instead of constantly spinning, it was no longer spinning, but I couldn’t do anything anymore on that page. Can’t click anywhere.

    this happened on my PC (windows 10 up to date) and on a Chrome browser (up to date).

    It also happened on my mobile device (Android and Chrome, latest versions).

    I tested with Firefox on Mobile and it works. Seems to be related to Chrome. Not sure if it is extensions as I don’t have them on mobile. Tested in incognito mode as well on chrome and still having the issue.

    It’s totally weird. In my Android latest Chrome issue not coming.
    I like to know your system TimeZone and system time format 12 hr or 24 hr.

    We got the issue recreated in my system. While changing the time zone to CDT.
    I hope we can fix the issue soon and release an update by Monday or Tuesday max.

    @boulosblack We have fixed the issue and just now released the new version 0.9.1.3. Please update the plugin and check if the issue got resolved.
