• Dear WC Vendor-support,

    I’m building a marketplace with your plugin, and on my development it worked great. Now I’m implementing it in production and I get an error when I want to change the settings:

    The page simply says: Action failed. Please refresh the page and retry.

    Do you know the solution, how to get it working again? I already tried reinstalling the plugin.

    Hi Timo,

    Do you have any security plugins that could be blocking the action to save the settings in your database?

    Could you please try to contact your hosting provider regarding this? They might have a log of what could be blocking the action that you are trying to perform on the site.

    Thanks for reaching out. I have recieved the logs today, but I’m not getting anything out of it. I will post a link in this post. I converted it to an spreadsheet to make searching clearer for myself.

    Thanks for providing the logs.

    Can you check with your host if PUT/GET/DELETE/POST methods are allowed. Also, kindly check if there are no restrictions on wp-json and admin-ajax.
