    Hello,

Wanted to try out this plugin and installed and activated but when I go to the settings admin page it is completely blank and I see nothing hidden when I look at the page source. I’ve tried this in three different browsers on my Mac with the same experience. Thoughts?

I just went and also tried from a PC via Edge browser and saw the same thing, just an empty page.

    Cheers,

    Jeff

    Hello,

    Sorry about the issue.

Can you please open the developer tools (f12) and select Console and share a screenshot of any error you see?

Sorry – just saw your note. Here’s the error. Okay – how do you attach a PNG?

    Copied the error:

jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.4.1:2 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.4.1
settings-VAfkMRVF.js:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Cannot use import statement outside a module (at settings-VAfkMRVF.js:1:174)

Pretty much the same error message from Firefox but a little different message from Safari:

[Error] SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘{‘. import call expects one or two arguments.
    (anonymous function) (settings-VAfkMRVF.js:1)

Thank you for sharing that information. We need to have a deeper look into it.

On that page in Chrome or Firefox on your Mac, can you please:

    • Right-click and select “View page source”
    • In the newly opened source tab, select the whole HTML and copy it.
    • Create a file like wptelegram-settings-page.html and paste the copied HTML into that file and Save.
    • Send that file to our support on Telegram – @WPTelegramSupport
    • Also, please share a list/screenshot of your active plugins.

Note: Please do not share the file here, as it may contain some sensitive information.

Thank you for sharing the source file.

It looks like some issue with WP 6.3 compatibility. Updating your WordPress should solve the issue.

We are updating the minimum required WP version to 6.4, and you can see the details about the issue here.

Hi Irshad – thank you SO much for jumping on this so quickly and identifying the issue. I look forward to playing around with this plugin to see if it will suit my client’s needs but you folks are definitely at 5+ star rating for your responsiveness. Thanks! I think we can consider this closed as for me and this issue.
