Settings page does not save

    Hi! I downloaded your plugin and activated. It seems to work in that some of the settings are pre-set. But I cannot change/set anything different because the “Save” button does not work.

    What does happen when you click on it?

    Can you try re-installing the plugin? Or by deactivating the other plugins?

    thank you for your kind reply.

    When I click on the button, the browser just “waits” for something to happen but nothing happens. The “save” button stays clicked (with its nice box-shadow slightly blue) and nothing happens.
    WP memory limit is 256 MB.
    WordPress is up to date.
    Woocommerce is up do date.
    Your plugin is up do date.
    I disabled all the plugins (but Woocommerce).
    I deactivated, deleted, reinstalled and reactivated your plugin.

    No way.
    The emails are sent, but I cannot save ANY changes in the setting: it just works the way it is pre-set.
    Weird.

    What would you suggest, please?

    I think it is how it works the way you are experiencing. It does not reload the page when you click on Save changes. But the settings will be saved. See this video for a better explanation – https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFfQl9DMAw.

    Can you please check after deactivating other plugins? It can be a plugin conflict.

    Also, please let us know the PHP version of the website. It should be 5.6+.
