Settings page defaced

Hi

I don’t know since when I have this problem, because this plugin is working fine for so long, I did not noticed the error.

The settings page is defaced. after the ‘SMS gateway’ select, it shows a long list ‘Sender ID’, ‘username’, ‘password’ … repeat … at the end the list finishes with ‘Your mobile number’ and the last field is ‘Shipping mobile field’ … there is no ‘save’ button or the configuration boxes.

Maybe has to do with the update to WP 5.7 or the update to PHP 7.4.

I did not noticed before because the SMS sending is working as usual.

Any ideas ?
