Settings Page Blank

I installed the plugin and went to the settings page. There were options on the page at the time. I went back to the page the next day to configure, and all settings options were gone. Only shows the two tabs “Default Settings” and “Appearance Settings”. Can’t make any adjustments to the plugin.

I did de-activate, and reinstall. No change
