    I have a problem with the settings page. The form fields for the API credentials are missing. I tried deactivating all other plugins and changing the theme but it didn’t make any difference. I have the plugin already installed on another website and had no problems with it there.

    It appears this problem was due to the fact that I was working on the site offline. Once I uploaded the site to a live server I was then able to enter my API credentials.
