Settings now shown up

I installed and activated the plugin. When I clicked All Setting tab, the page showed some content while being loaded. But after page load finished, all contents were gone, leaving only “Warning: This page allows direct access to your site settings. You can break things here. Please be cautious!” and Save Changes button. Can you help?
