• I got my account suspended due “Poor deliverability rate”, what is a joke once I just used once the list feature and just to users who subscribed to the site form

Anyway, the solution shown on the link you click is:

Solution: get in touch with our support team to have your account reviewed and check if it’s possible to reactivate the sending.”

But there’s no form or away to get in touch directly.

Update: Even with the current status of suspended account, in the MailPoet settings shows the status as “MailPoet Sending Service is active”

Anyway, if I had to use my own SMTP server to send the mails, I’d use MailChimp or any other better plugin

    Hi @ivanduncan,

If sending has been paused for your account, it means we have sent you at least 2 emails about it. You can reply to one of these emails, or let us know what is the domain associated with your MailPoet.com account so we can check it.

    Thank you!

For sure I didn’t received any email about it or anything since I created the account. Anyway, the domain with this issue is eclairmoi.com or eclairmoi.com.br

    Hello again @ivanduncan

I’m taking a look at your account and I can see we had sent you an email regarding this. Just incase you missed this email, kindly find it referenced below:

    Hello Nicholas,

    I’m Elvira from MailPoet support.

I’m checking your account, and I see the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for you due to issues related to some emails sent from your website.

    1) It seems your site has been sending emails that contain links to domains that are listed in the most popular blacklists.
This can happen if you have a contact form on your site that is not protected with CAPTCHA and was attacked by a spam bot. Note that you won’t receive these emails because they’re blocked by the MailPoet Sending Service.
Here are examples of such emails: Nova Mensagem do Site

    2) From the logs, I also see confirmation emails sent to non-existing email addresses.
This can happen if you have a subscription form on your site that is not protected with CAPTCHA and was attacked by a spam bot.
Note that it’s not a native MailPeot form but a third-party subscription form integrated with MailPoet.

Please protect ALL forms on your site by adding a captcha (including registration and third-party forms integrated with MailPoet).

After making the requested changes, please contact us so we can restore sending for you.

In the meantime, you can change the sending method to “Other” in MailPoet’s Settings > Send With… tab to continue sending emails and have the subscription form working.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!
