Suspended by “Poor deliverability rate”

I got my account suspended due “Poor deliverability rate”, what is a joke once I just used once the list feature and just to users who subscribed to the site form
Anyway, the solution shown on the link you click is:
“Solution: get in touch with our support team to have your account reviewed and check if it’s possible to reactivate the sending.”
But there’s no form or away to get in touch directly.
Update: Even with the current status of suspended account, in the MailPoet settings shows the status as “MailPoet Sending Service is active”
Anyway, if I had to use my own SMTP server to send the mails, I’d use MailChimp or any other better plugin
