    I’ve just upgraded to v3.0.3

In the update, the API key and sources were preserved & I have some tweaking of the CSS to do to suite my site, so most things are OK.

I use 3 google calendars as sources and use 2 of them with a grid & list version for the site. 4 work perfectly, but one will not.

In the ‘All Calendars’ list this problem calendar shows the Events Source & Calendar Type as ‘—’, but when I go to edit the settings, the correct choices are there. I make a couple of options choices and save, but the ‘All Calendars’ page still shows ‘—’ for the source and type.

I’ve tried deleting the calendar & creating a new one – same outcome. The same calendar source is working perfectly as a grid view – I just need the same calendar source as a list. Clearing the cache does nothing.

The other calendar I use as a grid & list both work perfectly.

In fact it’s worse than I thought.

If I switch the ‘View Type’ for any calendar & save – the calendar effectively disappears.

I can change the setting back, but the problem persists.

    This is not good.

Like I said, when I go to edit the settings, they’re all there and correct.

That is indeed a very odd issue. Could you first try running through this so we can rule anything out that might be a conflict: https://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/

    Cheers,

I tried all that & nothing changed.

One calendar with no setting displayed that really should be a list is showing as a grid and the other one that’s set as a grid is not showing at all.

If it is showing as a grid when it should be a list then you should double check all of your feed settings to make sure everything is setup properly after the update.

Also, make sure you have an API key in place in case that might be a problem.

The feed settings are correct. I have an API key.

The one calendar I never touched since the v3 update is getting its feed correctly.

Could you provide a link to the page with the issue so I can check it out?

The calendar on the right should be a list, the calender in the centre (white) portion should be a grid and both should show the same events (same calendar).

Since they are widgets maybe try to remove the widget and then replace it with the correct calendars. Let me know if that does anything or if you have already tried that.

I have tried that. I also deleted the calendars from the admin panel and re-created them. They are the ones that are showing properly.

Like I said, the only calendars that are coming close to correctly are the ones I haven’t touched since the update.

And it doesn’t even work on something like the Twenty Fifteen theme?

Maybe check this to see that everything is correctly running: https://docs.simplecalendar.io/system-requirements/

Assuming this has been resolved since there has not been a reply here. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!

None of the recent updates have changed anything.

    This is not resolved.

Did you look over the system requirements and make sure you meet all of them?
