• Hello
    I change the settings (description of the site, information in the basement). But in the account they are not updated. And no settings are updated

    What could be the cause of the error?

    Hi! If you change the plugin settings, this only effects new invoices. This is important, because you don’t want your existing/old invoices to change when you change your company name or address. If you are still testing, you can enable the option “test mode” on the General settings tab (don’t forget to turn it off after you’re done testing), or “Always use the most current settings” on the Documents > Invoice settings page.

    Thank you, but I check the settings on new orders
    ? “Test mode” – does not work,
    “Always use the most current settings ”- tried the same thing, nothing helps

    Then I’m not sure we’re talking about the same thing. Could you show a screenshot of the “description of the site, information in the basement” you are referring to in the PDF? (you can use a service like imgur.com to upload images)
