settings not sticking

This plugin looks like it has so much more to offer than the others that I use, but I can’t seem to figure it out. Every time I click on one of the positioning dots it’ll show it how i want it, but every other action that i make resets it.

i went in and tweaked the plugin settings, but i’m not quite following if i’m missing something there to make the plugin work or not.

any ideas?
