I have just checked the plugin permissions, please confirm if you see this message?

this plugin requires “install_plugins” capability. If you are admin so please check if you can install plugins or there is some problem with your user role?

I’ve checked and confirmed that install_plugins is authorised. Tried switching off and back on again to try and reset settings.
