    Hi there! Just getting our shop set up to be able to ship and found this plugin – it looked great and I was able to set up domestic shipping (I am in the US, and have all the base settings in place) – the settings saved and in my shopping cart I am able to calculate just fine and select between various shipping methods using USPS First Class and Priority. This works perfectly and when I go back to that zone and click ‘edit’ I can see my settings are saved.

    However, when I added other zones – one for Canada and one for Europe – then click edit on either of those, add my zip code and select the shipping methods I’d like, just as I did with the US settings, I will click save and the green notice comes up saying my settings have been saved BUT they really have not! When I do a calculation in my cart it says “There are no shipping methods available.” And then when I go back to edit the settings nothing had actually saved. I’ve tried to do this many many times and it just will not save these settings.

    The US settings are great – I even printed a shipping label so this is perfect, but I need International calculations in my cart. Any help or suggestions with this would be VERY much appreciated as I really want to use this plugin!!!

    PS: I went to Wooocommerce -> Status and looked in the Woocommerce Services tab, it says Health is good / all green, and for USPS USA settings the most recent rate request was successful. Below that, for the International settings it is red and says ‘Setup for this service has not been completed’ which then leads me back to the same page to edit the settings. But after trying again, they still will not save, even though the green alert comes up and says they have been. ??

    Howdy,

    That is strange.

    Do you happen to have any caching enabled? Can you disable that to see if it helps and the settings save? If not, I would love to take a closer look. Can you open a ticket here and then let me know when you have and we can continue the conversation there.
