settings not run

Hi,
I have a multisite configuration with a single website with Learndash.
I install and activate BuddyPress and the BuddyPress for learndash for the network.
When I want to set the BuddyPress for Learndash plugin, checking the 3 options (https://screencast.com/t/RhOLlAD2ZU) and save the changes, I have an Http Error 500 (https://screencast.com/t/Y6YemGodHLUn)How can I fix it ?
