Settings not being saved

    None of my settings are saving.

    The blue circle does it’s thing, but when I leave the page and come back the settings are gone.

    I have pretty URLs set up.

    I understand that you receive the green alert saying Saved when you change a setting but on page refresh the setting was not saved, is that correct ?

    Does this happen with all other plugins disabled ad switching to default twentynineteen theme ?
