Settings not activated

  • For a few weeks I have not had the option of active setting, so I cannot establish the beginning and end of the voting, nor the php function.

    why?

    It happens that when I enter the poll options panel and choose the setting option there is nothing. If I create it again, I can generate it but it does not save it and it becomes empty again.
    therefore I cannot establish in my survey the start and end times, nor the form of voting because I do not have the option of settings
