Hi, I am using Moodle for my curses and WordPress to reach my students. I try to get it done by moowoodle. What do I do wrong? I get my product, but I don’t get my student an download or code or log in. They can shop. What is important for my settings of the product? I put in €0 so they can download for free. Do I have to fill in the path? Isn’t that set by moowoodle himself to synchronise? Please help me out.

I am another user, not product support. I tried to enroll in your test course.
From what I can see, you have successfully synchronized your Moodle courses with WooCommerce, which means the basic communication between the two sites is working (assuming you did indeed synchronize, rather than creating the course manually in WooCommerce).

I do receive confirmation of enrollment by email, with a password. However I cannot log in in Moodle. Is my account created in Moodle? Only you can tell that.

I have found that following the MooWoodle detailed instructions does everything you need. Double-check those instructions against your list.

Also, you may wish to confirm that all the plugin versions. Are they all the latest versions?

Thanks for your reaction Josiah! Yes, indeed I did Synchronize. Yes indeed I double checked the instructions for MooWoodle. And all my plug ins are new fresh updated. But I see Woocommerce can from 3.0.9 to 3.1.0 (bet that is not that old).

So you get an email and also a password. And then there is something going wrong when you get to my site of moodle to use this log in here: https://www.study247.nl/moodle/
I checked woocommerce and I do see your order.

When I check moodle I don’t see anything of you. So I suggest my settings in Moodle are not correctly all over.

Maybe my settings of enrolment is wrong? Manuel and by self enrolment. That is possible (open eye). But for guests the settings are locked (closed eye). I don’t know if I missed something here?! Do I have to make a KEY?
