Settings missing

  • Hi there, I really like thi plugin and will most likely donate, however I have just one problem. I have all the settings on the products page and can get a 360 image loaded just fine so it can be seen on the customer facing page. The main settings though seem to be missing from the Woo Commerce side bar so I cannot set things like autoplay. Is this something you have seen before? How can I fix it?

    Also the 360 view plays really quickly, is there a way to change the speed?

    Hello @orangeart, thank you for reaching out. I heard this the first time that the settings page is missing. Are you using the multi-site or simple WordPress?

    If you can send me a video or screenshots link, so it can give me a better understanding of the issue.

    If you have a staging/test/dummy version of your website and you can share login details with me that would be the best way for me to see the issue and find a solution right away.

    Hello @orangeart thank you for sharing the screenshot. I see the menu for settings is missing there. Maybe some other plugins code may causing this, but, it can be resolved.
