Settings Menu position wrong

I’ve had all sorts of issues with this plugin over the years and today I think I’ve finally figured out why.

The plugin should be under the Settings menu not the Plugins on in WP. With it under Plugins, I frequently get the home page of my blog displayed when I click on its link instead of the WP-410 settings page, but when I modified the source to position it under Settings it works perfectly every time.
