It takes a lot of time to create a plugin for everyone to use and it means a lot to us if you could give us more info on the matter, so we can rectify the issue. The problems with plugins are usually trivial in nature.
Would you be so kind to check whether something is preventing this?
You can do this by following the common checklist in these situations:
1. Update your WordPress, theme, framework and plugins
2. Disable plugins (one by one) & find the one responsible for the issue
3. Empty your browser and any other cache (disable CDN)
* If nothing of the above helps, please switch to any of the default WordPress themes (It may be that the issue is with a theme not coded using WordPress best practices).
