Settings link in plugins

Hi there,

Thanks for this plugin, it’s very handy indeed!

Not a problem for me, but in case it’s of interest there is a settings link in every single plugin on the plugins page of my site that when clicked, takes me to the preloader settings page.
This doesn’t cause any problems, and is easy to ignore so no urgency.
