Settings link in plugin list fails

    Hello,

    I found a (small) problem.
    When I click on the link ‘Settings’ (the one you add in the Plugins page) it fails with ‘You do not have sufficient permission …’

    As a matter of fact, this link (/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-geo/includes/wp-geo.php) is different from the link that appear in the Settings menuitem (/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-geo)

    Note that I am testing in a WordPress network in case it is relevant …
