settings issue & show results not working

Hello,
I’ve been using your plugin for some time now, it does the job really well so thank you for making it!
today I ran into two issues:
1) suddenly show results button stopped working. I found from your earlier replies that it’s most likely due to some javascript error. however, I cannot find any so I don’t know which plugin is causing the conflict. the pages with the tests are:https://menstrual-cycle-calculator.com/free-online-pregnancy-test-quiz/ https://menstrual-cycle-calculator.com/baby-gender-predictor-test-predict-baby-gender-quiz/2) in order to rectify this I tried to modify settings. I turned off Ajax for one quiz. Automatically the “Use “the_content” instead of our custom content filter ” option got turned on (which I don’t need). the problem is that I cannot turn it off ??
I un-check it, press save options but it’s still activated.
For this I had to manually disable ads on the pages with watu quizes because it messes up the number of ads on the page.can you please give me some suggestions how to solve these
