settings inside indvidual pages?

@aelsharawi, the “Global Rules” page is showing there the list of all the assets that were selected for unloading site-wide (every page) or on all pages or post types (e.g. all “product” post types which belong to WooCommerce). That page was added mostly to keep track of the assets that have global rules applied and you can only remove a global rule. To add one, you have to edit a particular page and you will see the global options there (checkboxes). Hope it helps!
