Settings getting reset after every clear cache

I liked this TOC plugin only because of it’s simplicity, but this plugin ( or say with this update) has some bugs. Like I use litespeed cache plugin and whenever we clear the cache, the toc automatically disappears from the page also it reset all the setting. So please fix this issue!
