Settings – General – Addresses

We discovered an issue and found the resolution to a problem that others may encounter. Our home page was getting an error in all browsers indicating there were too many redirects and it would not load. Eventually, we discovered the problem. We had used capitalization on our WordPress Address and Site Address entries under Settings – General. Once we changed these entries to be all lowercase we no longer received the “too many redirects” error. These entries should not be case sensitive but they are and, interestingly, this did not affect internal pages, just the home page.
