Settings for Carousel Horizontal Posts Slider not working

  • Seems like this will be a great plugin for my site-in-progress, but none of the admin settings seem to be applying. I have set the options for ‘READ MORE…’, and other features, but nothing changes on the site. Take a look: https://ascendant.bobdickow.com.
    The news slider mock is down about half way.

    Ok, some improvement after re-installing. Settings now work, but not always as expected. If the featured image is set to show, the ‘Read More’ feature does not show a link, unless the character limit for the excerpt is set to zero.
