Settings for Associates Link Builder error

    I tried to add a market place in the plugin settings but it is not possible, I get this error message: ERROR – The file used to fetch country details to enable geo-targetted links doesn’t have read permissions. Please give recursive read/write permissons to:*blank*GeoLite2-Country.mmdb. In case you are still facing the issue, please change download folder in Site Wide Settings section on this page.
    Although I followed the instructions and changed both the permissions of the file and its location the problem is not solved.
    A solution would be welcome
