    I downloaded and installed the Combine JS Plugin hoping it would work right after I activated it, but I am getting this error.

    Settings file does not exist. You will need to manually create this file by using these commands:

    mkdir C:\wamp\www\ebrp\wp-content\plugins\combine-js/tmp/greenwood:81-settings.dat;
    chmod 666 C:\wamp\www\ebrp\wp-content\plugins\combine-js/tmp/greenwood:81-settings.dat;

    As you can see I am creating this “website” locally using “Greenwood” which is my “Local Host”.

    Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
