Settings are not saving

    Hi. I am using this plugin on a website for a non-profit organization. I only visit the admin page a couple times each year. This time I intended to make a couple of changes in the PD settings. However, the settings don’t seem to be updating even though I get the “settings updated” message. Whatever I changed seems to return to value prior to clicking the update button. Any thoughts?

    Most likely reason for this is database caching. This is in many cases something the web host has set up, but you may be able to temporarily switch it off. If it is caching , then the settings change is probably getting saved, but you’re just not seeing it when the page refreshes. I would suggest you check the effect of the changed setting in the plugin functionality to see if the new setting is getting applied.
