Setting>Privacy Setting to step web crawling

    Hello,

    I have updated to the new wordpress 3.5.1 and I n longer see “Privacy” under “Setting” on the wordpress dashboard. I used to use a setting on it to stop web crawlers while I was developing a site until it was finished. But now it is no longer there. Any suggestions of plugins or where I can find this setting on the new wordpress dashboard? Thank you very much.
