Setting URLs in wp-config seems to break plugin

I have WP setup in a remote directory (url.com/dir) and the plugin was working great. Now I pointed the root domain to the directory install so WP pulls up with url.com and now the plugin doesn’t seem to work.

The old login directories still work, and the new permalink for the admin does not.

I also set the URLs in the wp-config file, though I am not sure this has anything to do with it:

define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘https://url.com’);
