setting up woocommerce

    The Woocommerce directions indicate that I can upload a file from my computer, but on the setup page for entering the product, under “choose file” that option is not available. The “choose file” takes you to the media library and there are only jpg files there. I need to upload an mp3 as the product is an audiobook. How do I do that?

    Hi @drdebh ,

    I understand that you would like to add an MP3 when creating your product, is this correct?

    Please follow the steps below to add an MP3 file to your product:

    • Navigate to Products > Add New
    • Scroll down to Product Data and ensure that Downloadable is checked, and click on Choose File as seen below:
    • Next, you can click on the Upload tab, and then Select files to upload the mp3, as seen below:
    • Click on Insert File URL, and the file name should now be added to the “File URL” box, as seen below:
