Setting Up the Blog Page in Optimizer

The documentation for the Optimzer theme states the following in order to set up the blog page:
Go to Dashboard ->Appearance->Customize-> Post & Page -> Blog Page Settings and select the categories from “Display Blog Posts from selected Category” option and Save changes.
This info comes directly from the docs here:
https://optimizerwp.com/documentation/how-to-setup-blog-page/When I got to Appearance –> Customize –> Post & Page –> Blog Page Settings, “Display Blog Posts from selected Category” doesn’t exist. The only options are Blog Page Posts Count, Blog Page Layout, and Blog Page Thumbnails.
How do I set up the blog page?

I do have several categories created, and the blog page is using the Blog Page Template.
