Setting up MU with domain names

    Hi,

    I am looking at setting up a multi site, with domain names (not sure which plugin yet).
    However I would like to to setup sub-domains for each site, so for example

    mu site
    |- site1.domain.com – domain1.com
    |- site2.domain.com – domain2.com

    etc…, but I would like to use SSL for the site aswell, I have access to Let Encrpyt in cPanel and was hoping on using that and then either do an parked or addon domain name, for each site.

    Is this going to work? Any help you can give be great.
