Setting Up JSON

I have the pro-version of this plugin, and I am having trouble getting it set up. I am trying to display live data from this JSON link: https://results.elections.virginia.gov/vaelections/2015%20November%20General/Json/Member%20Senate%20of%20Virginia%20(017).json.
How would I go about doing that? I am new to JSON and completely lost.
