Setting up GoDaddy Analytics (HTML)

  • I am trying to add GoDaddy Analytics to my WordPress Blog. I have the code that I need but I can’t figure out where it needs to go. The instructions say to put it after the “</body> tag at the bottom of your HTML page.”. But I can not find the HTML page to update my code. I’ve looked all around but can not find it anywhere. Can anyone help me please!!!!

    You are not going to find an HTML page in WordPress. Those are generic instructions from GoDaddy.

    edit /wp-content/themes/{themename}/footer.php You should find the </body> tag in that file. Put the code BEFORE that tag, not after it.
