Setting Up for Multiple Sites?

Hi, I set this up successfully for myself the other day. Now I am trying to set it up for a client. When I get to the part where I “Login to Facebook and select the Facebook Page where you will publish Instant Articles.” by clicking the big blue button on the settings page of the WordPress app, the only page it allows me to publish to is the page I previously set up. How do I add other pages to this list so that I can connect the plugin to the new page?
