    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Did you also make the register domain POST call described in the steps there? You need to receive a 200 response.

If you have already done this and the issue persists, please reach out to our in Revolut App help section as in order to debug this you would need to share sensitive data which is not allowed on a public forum.

Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App

    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    Kind regards,

    Thanks for the reply.

I hadn’t done the domain POST call. I’ve done it now and got a 200 response on my domain so I assume it is all ready to go now ??

Can I delete the POST call now or do I need to keep it in place?

    Thanks for your help

    Hello,

Yes, if it fixed the issue, you can delete the post call. This needs to be done only one time. However the file you copied needs to always be there.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

So, although everything seems to be setup correctly payments through Apple Pay are still failing so I’ve had to disable that option – which isn’t ideal!

Do I need to setup anything on Apple Developer or anything? Am I missing something obvious?

I really want to use this plugin as paying direct to our account in Revolut is very handy but we need Apple Pay to work!

    Cheers

    Hello,

Sorry for the late reply, the payments can fail due to a number of reason, some of which are out of our control (banks refusing to honour the payments for example). But it can also fail for reasons that can be remedied. In order to investigate this further you would need to reach out to our in App help section as we would require some sensitive information which should not be shared on a public forum.
