Setting up AMP auto ads

Hi,

I would like to setup Auto Ads only for AMP pages. Google Adsense asks to insert code

1/ in the head tag: <script async custom-element=”amp-auto-ads”
src=”https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-auto-ads-0.1.js”&gt;
</script>

and 2/ in the body:
<amp-auto-ads type=”adsense”
data-ad-client=”ca-pub-xxx”>
</amp-auto-ads>

The current plugin interface does not seem to have a place to insert these two, for AMP. How to proceed?
