Setting up admin mail account

What exactly are you trying to do ??

Thanks for your quick response. I have my name in the sidebar ‘contact katijah’ but I don’t know how to make a popup mail to the words. For example, click katijah and outlook express pops up.
I am really wanting to learn about WordPress but can’t progress till this is sorted out.
