setting up a online store in multisite

  • Is it possible to setup a online digital store in the top level multi-site and make any purchases automatically become available to the sub-sites?

  • I believe that MarketPress has the ability you are seeking, though I cannot be 100% certain. I know WooCommerce will not do it natively but there might be a plugin for it. Sorry I don’t have more information for you.
