Setting up a new product shipping details

    So, I’m a little confused. Should I be entering the weight of the product itself, or the product and a package?

    Same thing with dimensions. If it’s a t-shirt it’s going to be rather large. So how would I dimension that? If I give the actual dimensions of the t-shirt the shipping price would be way off, no?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. And any other tips regarding the set up of a new product would be great!

    Hi there,

    Should I be entering the weight of the product itself, or the product and a package?

    You’ll want to enter the dimensions of the item as it would be when placed into a shipping box. For example, let’s say your t-shirt will be shipped folded and inside of a plastic bag. You’ll want to measure and weigh the bag with the shirt in it as that’s what’s being put into your shipping package.
