Setting up a nearly identical installation on subdomain

  • Hey there,

    I’m wanting to have a subdomain that is nearly identical to the one I have for my main site, but have it be for retailers that want to order right online. So, everything would be the same except for the products in woocommerce would be different.

    How is this accomplished? I just tried using Duplicator and while I can see the site fine, it always directs away from the subdomain and into the main domain. When I try to login on the subdomain address, it redirects me to the main domain login.

    Totally confused. They have separate databases and everything, and it all is reading from the newly installed database, but just don’t know how to gain admin access to the subdomain site.
