Setting up 1 product with 3 variants – best way?

Good morning.

Here is what I am trying to achieve:

In the product set up I want to be able to list 1 product but then on the product page the customer visits, they have the option to toggle between ‘Small’ ‘Medium’ and ‘Large’.

So in the navigation or category page they would see ‘Black t-shirt’, which they then click on, with options on the product page to select the variant they desire.

What is the best way of going about this please?
