    There are several issues I noticed,

    1) I have created the Ticket submission page using the shortcode but I found out that in the Setting > General > Ticket Submission, even I selected the page with the shortcode embedded, it still shows None after I saved the changes or reload the Settings page.

    2) On the My Tickets page, the button “Open a Ticket” is not working, the page is not redirecting anywhere.

    3) Is that possible to change the ticket detail page layout or the background color? I am using Divi and am able to do some adjustments with the [tickets] and [ticket-submit] embedded page but while the ticket detail pages cannot.

    How can the above issues be solved? Thank you so much in advance!

    Same for me! Points 1 and 2 doesn’t work!

    @raffaelloventrella I think those are the bugs that they may need to fix.

    In the meantime, I am using the following methods to make the experience better:

    1) Set “Open a Ticket” CSS as display: none;
    2) Create Menu Drop Down:

    • My Ticket
    • Open A Ticket
    • 3) for the ticket detail page layout, will have to create a WordPress default template then remove the sidebar in the template PHP and edit some CSS styles in it.

    @krixxsw I think I will adopt the solution you proposed even if, of course, native is always better .. anyway thank you very much for your collaboration!

    @raffaelloventrella yes I totally agree, and there are several other bugs that I noticed as well such as the email template code errors, once you made editing with the templates they will all mess up, and turn out you will have to run the email template installation again in the Tools > Clean Up… anyway, hopefully they will fix the issues soon since this ticketing system is a nice solution I have seen on the WordPress marketplace so far.

    Cheers and take care!

    Hi All,
    Could you please share which version of awesome support you are using?

    For the template issue, please go on Tickets>settings>general, scroll down and click on reset to defaults and try again.

    Regards

    Hi,

    Thank you for your patience with us. We have released awesome support core plugin version 6.0.12, please update to the latest version and then check. If the issue persists, please let me know.

    Hi @jahmedas

    What are you guys playing at! You need to test plugins before you release a new branch.

    Seems like you have tried to fix the settings save issue I raised in another post (not tested yet), and now broken something else!

    In my wordpress admin top of every page is the following message that disappears when I deactivate the plugin:

    GAS Framework Error: Option type or extended class email-test-config does not exist.
    Array
    (
        [type] => email-test-config
        [name] => Test Settings
        [desc] => Please make sure to save any changed settings before testing the configuration.
        [id] => email_test_settings
        [default] => 30
        [hidden] =>
    )

    OK, so just seen in latest version release notes older versions of your paid addon plugins will work. Understand that keeping backwards compatibility is difficult, but we are talking about paid plugin addons here?

    With what seems to many issues with the core plugin at the moment, I am not really inclined to part with more cash to update my addons.

    @jahmedas / @yeisonbp can you confirm that the issues in core related to saving data in plugin settings is fixed? If so I will look at renewing my paid licences.

    Hi @yeisonbp

    Pleased to report that latest version 6.0.13 has now fixed the EMail template issue and I have renewed paid addons.

    I tried a few alternatives – they might look better, but the simplicity of this plugin for clients makes it for me.

    One question. Lets say I have multiple clients, with their staff submitting tickets. Is there any way I can give a manager at a client site access to see tickets his staff are submitting? Obviously I don’t want manager at client X to be able to see tickets from client Y. I started messing around with products – but can’t seem to see how I can limit support users to see all tickets related to a product.

    Many thanks

    Matt
