setting the withdrawal mode

  • Hello,
    I have a problem with the withdrawal mode: I want to be able to manage the withdrawals myself (administrator) without the salespeople / store owners being able to act. I have set the withdrawal to “manual” and the order status to “finished”.
    Despite this, when an order is placed, the withdrawal is done automatically without any action from the seller / store owner or the company.
    Can you help me find a solution because I have the impression that even by moving the different parameters it does not change anything
