Setting the “Posts Page”

    Under my reading settings, I have set my Front page as a static page.

    I have a question regarding the “Posts Page” now – when I designate a posts page (I’m guessing I have to create one before I set this option) – is there anything special I need to put on the page to designate how the posts will show up on that page?

    No – the designated page will use the index.php template file in your them for the posts display.

    And, yes, you do need to create the page before you designate it as your Posts page.
